Group Structure

The Silkroute Group brings together enthusiastic professionals offering their services and expertise in the Real Estate Sector by introducing smart innovation & maximum return on investment in a sustainable manner. The Group consists of three independent but co-working companies managed by the same board of directors. The need for independent companies is focused on providing segmentation and transparency. Moreover, all skill sets are not required for every project and independent companies with their respective legal standing can be engaged depending on the requirements of the Project.

Silkroute Supplies

This arm of the Group deals solely in the procurement, distribution and supplies of all kinds of items required either for self consumption, client/ project needs and independent contract orders received from other third-party companies involved in the construction industry.
  • Supply of all Infrastructure development materials;
  • Supply Chain Management;
  • Outsourcing & Procurement.

Silkroute Developers

This is the Executing arm of the Group and a Major Team Player and caters for the infrastructural developmental projects of the Group, offering end-to-end services in:
  • Surveying and Topography;
  • Geotechnical Investigations & Services;
  • Town Planning, Architectural Design and Structural Engineering;
  • Site Engineering, Material and Quantity Engineering, Site Supervision;
  • Project Planning & Management, Legal & Financial Management, Land Procurement, Land Revenue Due Diligence & Consultancy
  • Complete Execution of all Infrastructural works including Roads, Sewerage, Utilities, Waste Management, Smart & Innovative IOT solutions, Technology solutions

Silkroute Marketing

This arm dedicatedly provides Sales & Marketing support to the Groups own projects as well as acts as a Marketing Platforms for Third Parties. The in-house Marketing & Management team is responsible for the following:
  • Complete brand creation & identification;
  • Conceiving, Designing & Conducting Marketing Campaigns;
  • Marketing Events, Road shows, Expos, Conventions, Conferences;
  • Design, Print and dissemination of Marketing Material & Company Souvenirs;
  • Social Media Marketing Management and SEO; In-house trained Sales team for inventorial marketing.

Our Philosophy
